Jeff Adams Top Tips for a Successful Real Estate Agents


Walk the neighborhoods and bang on at least 50-100 doors time permitting and introduce yourself and invite people to your Open House, leave the neighbors an Open House info effort.
Mail out to three or four hundred homes around your listing the week leading up to your open house announcing the Day and Time.
Mail to your database announce your Open House Day and Time, I have had existing clients buy my listing doing this.
The local Place new ad’s in daily & weekly Paper in the Open House section.
House announcement on your social media web pages and add a link to your web site showing the listing.
Be sure to talk about the suggestion above with your clients and offer a list of specialized trades if they need help prepare their home to sell.
Write a blog post announcing the Open House and main Features place on your blog and website along with.
Post the Open House on your MLS listing in the commentaries and announce the Open House at your office meeting.
Bring Listing gifts, guest book and Something that will encourage them to come, I had an Open House near Valentine's Day once and I offered a Rose to the 1st 12 ladies to come to my open house in my blog post, I gave out all the roses, a big way to make a first impression. Be a small creative.
